A manhunt continues in Texas after late night shooting in the town of Cleveland outside

of Houston.

The suspect is accused of shooting five people execution style.

Police say it appears two of the victims actually died.

Shilging children from the gunshots authorities are mourning nearby residents to be careful.

The suspect has been identified by authorities as 38 year old Francisco or a peza, a Mexican

national.

They say he had been drinking and firing an AR 15 style rifle in his yard.

Officers say a neighbor told Ortepeza a baby was trying to sleep and asked him to stop

firing his gun.

And that's when Ortepeza resorted to violence.

Fox's Christina Coleman, 10 people were in the house at the time.

Hundreds of Americans evacuated from deadly fighting in Sudan on a bus convoy have reached

the nation's port.

It's the first U.S. run evacuation of Americans in Sudan.

More than a dozen other nations have already carried on evacuations of their citizens.

Republicans have passed a bill in the house preventing men who transitioned to women from

playing in women's sports.
