One of two Chicago police officers shot and injured during a prisoner transport to a hospital today has died.

The other is in critical condition, Mayor Brandon Johnson.

This tragedy and this loss is not only heartbreaking, but it's a constant reminder of why we have to continue to ensure that our police department has the services and resources that they need to effectively do their job.

Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital went on lockdown after the shooting and police were able to capture the gunman after a manhut,

no names released. President Trump aborts peace talks with Iran. However, he's saying positive

about reaching a deal. I think the prime minister of Pakistan is great. And you know, they'd like to

see something happen. But we're not going to be traveling 15, 16 hours to have a meeting with people that
