He was an illegal border crosser. I'm Jack Callahan, Fox News, immigration and

customs enforcement confirming that Jose Ibarra entered the US unlawfully.

He passed in through El Paso, Texas.

So that's something investigators are still looking into

exactly trying to figure out how he crossed in.

We know he's from Venezuela and entered here in

2022 he's just one of hundreds of thousands of migrants who have crossed

into the United States illegally in just the past couple of years.

ICE and DHS sources telling Fox News that the 26-year-old

Venezuela national crossed illegally into El Paso, Texas in September of

2022 and then was released in the U.S. on parole. So that means he pretty much just gets a court date

and gets let go.

Ibarra has been denied Bond. And angry Georgia, Governor Brian Kemp, blaming the Biden administration.

Why are we allowing people to come here that are not U.S. citizens and break our laws

and then not send them back home.
