FBI Director Christopher Raise says,

on American infrastructure.

To wreak havoc and cause real world harm

to American citizens and communities if and when China decides the

time has come to strike.

Ray's warning came during a house hearing on the Chinese Communist Party's growing threats of cyber attacks.

China's multi-pronged assault on our national and economic security

make it the defining threat of our generation.

Ray also says China cyber attacks are intended to steal industry secrets from American companies.

Actor Alec Baldwin has fled not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter in the fatal

shooting of

cinematographer Helena Hutchins during a rehearsal on the set of the film

rust in New Mexico. Court documents show Baldwin waived his arraignment that was

scheduled to take place via video conference.

Prosecutors say Baldwin was pointing a gun at Hutchins during the rehearsal outside

Santa Fe in October 2021 when the gun went off killing Hutchins and wounding
