President Trump told Fox's Brian Kulmead Radio Show there is a 25% chance the talks fail. But if they

succeed, he wants a second meeting with Ukraine's leader Volonimir Zelensky and Putin to let them

make a deal. Today we may see something that hasn't happened since the last time Donald Trump

was president before the Ukraine war,
