37 counts on Samantha Leapman Fox News, former president Trump heads to federal court

in Miami Tuesday after an indictment was unsealed against him Friday, Fox's

medal in Rivera reports. Special prosecutor Jack Smith laying out the

reasoning behind the 37 counts against Trump all related to his handling of

classified documents and the government's months-long effort to retrieve

records held at his Mar-a-Lago estate.

Clying those laws, collecting facts, that's what determines the outcome of an

investigation.

The charges include unlawful retention of national defense information,

obstruction, conspiracy, and false statements. The former president is

blaming Democrats for what he calls the box hoax.

This indictment is not stopping Trump from campaigning. He's still scheduled to
