in South Carolina where Haley used to be governor.

At that time, she would join only former President Donald Trump as an announced candidate.

Vice President Kamala Harris is expected to travel to Memphis this morning to attend the funeral.

we're told the vice president actually spoke with the parents yesterday for more than a half an hour

about Nichol's tragic death.
