Sad day for me, not getting picked for the jury, but Ronald cheered me up by telling me that I might have dodged a bullet because the judge is having everyone sequestered.

No suspicion at all that this might be orchestrated.

He asked me if I saw the paparazzi come in, and I told him I did, and that was wild to see.

He told me he googled sequestered juries, and he found that they do that for high-profile cases, or if there's a celebrity.

So he's bought into the idea.

I thanked him for cheering me up and left him with the parting words.
