Every single time it is my birthday, I feel like I need to do so much reflecting because it's a whole another year ahead. What have I accomplished this year? What can I do better? How can I become a better father, a better podcast or a better coach, a better person? And I feel like between New Year's and my birthday, those are the two times. I'm like, okay, give me a a few hours let me sit down with a pen and paper |

But I think it's there's a beauty and just being like, I want to do what I want to do, just inviting people over to do some of your favorite things, spending time with some good friends. And I think that's a really good way to reframe it. And one of my favorite things for my birthday is a birthday bash workout. It's just getting a bunch of people, maybe lifting a little too too heavy challenging yourself a little too much |
