So a little backstory, if you all don't know this, I'm 42. I am, I say deep inside of

paramenopause because I have a lot of paraminopausal symptoms. And if you haven't experienced those

yet, or maybe you got lucky and you didn't experience them at all, it's things like very

heavy periods, insomnia, probably one week a month. It is

pretty heavy fatigue, probably 10 days a month because of either iron loss or just feeling really

tired because of whatever's going on with my hormones.

I give you that little backstory because I really change my workouts based on my cycle.

The biggest shift that has happened in the last five years is adjusting my workouts to my cycle
