and there but also I'm giving it to my cronies so that guy's skimming off the top so it's built poorly and it's not really complete to begin with and I would imagine the same infrastructure that's good for the economy roads telephone's Internet they all increase productivity but wouldn't they also I mean that's how people we hear about a Twitter being a thing and Iran for the protest we don't want them to be able to communicate too well or drive to the capital in their cars when they're unhappy right so we are kind of want like just enough that there's a benefit for you
