The premise in this episode is for people who maybe don't know where to go with science

fiction and fantasy.

They have heard about it.

They've heard us talk about it maybe.

They're curious. Some of you, dear listener, your friends and family are curious about it. They've heard us talk about it maybe. They, they're curious. Some of you,

dear listener, your friends and family are curious about it. But where to start? And do you start back at

the beginning, which I don't recommend? Or do you start with something modern? And what are the

recommendations that we might have for somebody who's curious and wants to pick something up in this genre and try it out?

And so we're going to compile a list.

By the end of this episode, I guarantee you, or I won't release this episode, we will have a good list for you to choose from.

Otherwise, I don't know.

If this becomes like us sharing recipes or something, then this is going to be one of the great unreleased episodes of The Incomparable.

But I think we're going to stick to books.
