We are about to jump into our little series of all of the final episodes of the year that I do every year.

I do the same kind of series of episodes.

And we're starting with my favorites as we close out 2025, which I cannot believe the year is done.

It has been very fast for me. I don't know about you. Let me know.

So this episode, I know maybe it's not everyone's favorite, and I feel like you either love this type of episode or you don't listen to it.

So I'm going to

assume if you don't care, you're not listening. But this will be a giant list of everything that I

loved in 2025 that stood out to me. So I have some health and wellness products. I have some

wellness practices. I have some beauty products, skincare products. We've got some lifestyle

things, some home items, clothing, TV shows, spiritual practices. So I've got a little bit of

everything. And we will link to as much of this

as we can or anything relevant and any discount codes for specific products. We will put in the

show notes or description below as well in case you're interested in trying it out. I love this

type of stuff. I always binge these types of posts at the

end of the year because I like to hear what other people love. And some of this, you've heard me

talk about a million times before or maybe you haven't. A lot of this is not like brand new,

but I like to look back on my year and see which products do I feel like really made the

biggest difference or just practices, things in my life I used a lot. So we're going to jump in.
