Pat hey David why don't you tell everybody a little bit about yourself so they get to know you better?

I'm a retired police officer as a cop 27 years about 1990.

I would like to tell you I'm a really smart guy, it's not true.

Went through a bad divorce and thought I'd get in the middle of my police career,

a real estate license sell a couple houses a year.

And the second years in real estate I made more money as a real estate

agent than I did as a police officer. So it looked weird that this might be a thing and I've been doing it for the next 30 years.

So we do about 16 to 20 million a year here in the Las Vegas area and it's really all what I call a relationship

marketing. A big database we have a systematic way we reach out to the people we

know and stay in touch.

And it's the cheapest way to stay in business,
