So many of you are finding me on TikTok, and I really appreciate that.

So if you're not familiar, I'm Sarah

Frazier, your host. I do podcast seven days a week, really. But Mondays on my show, I talk to

anybody I want. Tuesdays, I talk about my personal life, because you'll find out, you'll find

this out about me. I'm going to tell you right now. Longtime radio personality in the

DC area. I was on the Kane show, which was a super popular syndicated morning radio show.

So maybe you lived in Tampa, Florida, or Memphis, Tennessee, or you were in Baltimore or D.C.

or Cincinnati, Ohio. We were syndicated in all those spots. Louisville, Kentucky, a lot of Louisville

Kentucky listeners. And on Sirius XM. So it was nationwide. That's how I got my name. That's why I wanted

to start a podcast five years ago. I always wanted to host my own show. And coming off radio,

I always worked with other people. You could never host your own show. There was always a saying in radio right up until the year 2015.

The year radio basically died.

I always say radio died when I left, 2015.

But, you know, they always said, like, women never led their own morning shows.

Women didn't want to hear women on the radio.

Which is why I love seeing so many female podcasters just kill it because, and it's so funny to me, all these radio companies that are like, oh, we've signed this female podcaster, that female podcaster. It's like, really? Five years ago, you never, you didn't believe in it. So I love to see that. And that's why I wanted to start this show.
