You're getting brand mixed up with branding.

You've got a colour and a logo, mate.

Content and advertising will get people to react to leave a click or they'll engage or they

comment in a certain way.

That tells you so much more than if you go out there doing surveys and shit like that.

People never know their audience as well as they think they do because it takes time.
