1. Ages 25-40 the Accumulation Phase
2. Ages 40-55 the Survival Phase
3. Ages 55+ the Legacy & Downsizing Phase
Once you have determined your phase of life, then you must select what Organizational Stage you are in.
1. Overwhelmed
2. Creating Systems & Organization
3. Refinement & Styling

Today I want to talk to you about the three phases of life I see that a woman goes through

and then also the three different phases of organization that she goes through as well. So I am hoping today

that you could kind of pinpoint what phase of life you're in and then also what phase

of organization you're in. So why am I going to tell you this? Well first of all what I notice when I

professionally organized people in their home is that it is very much a mindset of

what phase of life they're in and what phase of organization they're in.

And as you move from one stage to the other, you kind of need to make that jump

and change your mindset in order to get the next stage of

organization done. The only way I can kind of equate this to is like if you're

going to lose weight. So let's say you're a hundred pounds overweight, right?

There is a different mindset and different things you have to do

to lose the first, let's say 60 pounds, right?

Like, I apologize, I've never actually been in this situation but I know from talking to other people

that there are certain things you have to think and certain things you have to do in order to

lose that first 60 pounds.

And then the next 25 to 30 pounds,

you have to change your mindset a little,

change up your routine, change up what you eat
