Bible is filled with all kinds of truths that we can pray back to God. When we are at a loss

and don't know how or what to pray, we can turn to the Bible to give us truth

that we can stand on and believe in when we pray to God.

Proverbs is a book in the Old Testament. Just like the book of Psalms is a collection of songs and prayers unto the Lord. The book of Proverbs is a collection of wisdom on how to live right. And just as David

wrote most of the Psalms, his son Solomon wrote most of the Proverbs.

1 Kings chapter 4 verse 32 says that Solomon wrote 3,000

proverbs in his lifetime. God had given Solomon much wisdom because he had asked for it and so Solomon's wisdom was

collected into the book of proverbs for men and women to read and remember for

generations. Solomon gives wisdom on how to live and how to behave and how to make wise decisions.

We can learn a lot from the wisdom of Solomon.
