now. Hi, I'm Sil Coleman, chief reporter at Newsquest Cumbria based in Carl Nile.

My entry was an expose of very distressing and disturbing incident which involved

police arresting a young man who had severe mental health problems. I had a very long legal

battle to get the police video of that incident and everything flowed from the success of that

challenge ultimately. My name is Hannah Summers, I'm a freelance journalist and I've written a

series of stories for the observer and the guardian and they're about transparency in the family

courts and about how decisions are reached about the welfare of children in private law cases.

My name's Paul Morgan Bentley, I'm head of investigations at the Times newspaper

and I went undercover to expose how British gas was breaking into the homes of vulnerable

customers during the cost of living crisis and force fitting expensive prepayment meters.
