Hey everyone and greetings from London. Well, I've succumbed to the winter weather and acquired a little bit of a cold. I know that UK listeners will think, you know, it's not really that cold, right?

Well, to a person used to LA weather, it's a little cold and I wasn't prepared for it or the rain. However, having a fabulous time and so thankful to be here.

If you may have seen already on social media, I've had a bit of a health scare with an impossible ulcer. And I went to the clinic yesterday, which was a really wonderful experience.

The Harley Street clinic is great. Dr. Ishmael, I'd like to say thank you. You helped put my mind to these and even though there's still a procedure or two that needs to be taken care of and will in all good time.

I have been given some medication and it looks like that will help with the immediate effects of discomfort, etc.

Much like the other health situation that we've covered on the show, if you do feel something going on, if you're unsure, if you're able to scare about something, do whatever you can to get to the hospital straight away.

There's a lot of options and I'm still working out the different options that are here, but you know, go to whatever urgent care is available to you and get stuff checked out because if you don't, it can get worse and then, you know, you don't want to deal with it at that point.

So it's a lot of ginger beer, a meprizol, aka nexium or a zantac in the interim. And also I have to avoid spicy foods. Thankfully they didn't tell me that I had to avoid tea because that would be kind of life changing in a very negative way.
