being said, let's get on with the show. People come to intermittent fasting out of a curiosity. They

want to change body composition. They want to lose weight. But I remind them there's so many other

benefits. Well, when we're in an unfed state,

as we are becoming more metabolically flexible, as we are becoming more insulin sensitive,

when insulin levels are low, our body can go and free up stored fat as a fuel source. And

our bodies really run very efficiently on stored fat. So it improves energy.
