0:45.0	Our patient is a 29 year old man whose chief complaints are cough,
0:50.0	abdominal pain, and fever.
0:52.0	His illness began with the onset of a cough. abdominal pain and fever.
0:52.6	His illness began with the onset of a cough six weeks before his admission to the hospital.
0:57.8	The cough was non-productive and associated with chest pressure and dyspnea, but seems unrelated to exertion.
1:05.0	Three weeks later, he also developed a dull nagging left-sided abdominal pain.
1:10.6	He has no associated nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, but he did notice a whitest streak in his
