Welcome back, everybody, to The Incomparable. I'm your host, Jason Snell.

And this episode is a bit of a celebration.

Ten years ago, we did one of the dumbest things we have ever done on this podcast.

I know, I know it's a long list.

And we did it many times.

It was the summer superhero spectacular, a 64 superhero tournament that went across many, many episodes and we picked, I mean, Batman won. Spoiler alert,

Batman was the winner. And it's been 10. It's been 10 years, 10 years since that mistake. And we're

still living it down. But to celebrate it, I have gathered a panel and and we're going to do a thing we'd like to do here,

which is just do a draft. We're going to do a draft of superhero movies, not of superheroes.

I think we already did that. Superhero movies that we like, just to be clear, not just that are

present or exist on the Wikipedia page about superhero movies, which is bananas.

Don't go there.

And so we're going to draft some great superhero movies, including perhaps some movies that you aren't as familiar with.

I say that now, not knowing what we're going to pick, but like, could be.
