Talk about you meeting me and why you wanted to talk with me.

Yeah, so I was doing youth ministry. I had a heart for young people. I had a passion for the word of God making sense to young people where they lived every day and their struggles and all those things

that they were facing. I knew that I wanted to go into ministry, but I also knew that I was pretty deficient in a lot of

those areas, both personally in my own character, but then also skill set. And I knew who you were

just because you had written some books and you were always traveling around the world and so I thought

this guy has a little bit of clout he probably can provide some insight and then also another part

of my story that's really interesting and just it's it's just God laying out the steps is the first three people that really took me

under their wing and disciples me during those early months, early years of me becoming a believer.

They all had direct connections to you.

Jonathan, Johnny, David, they all had in a way, whether informally or formally, had been

mentored by you.

And those just by God's placement were the first three people that were really instructive

and informative or formative in my spiritual life after I became

a believer. And without even knowing it as a 17, 18, 19, 20 year old, I was getting a gospel
