You would think with that much accessibility, we would never be lonely.

But the truth is it makes us more lonely because everything's designed to fix yourself up. You can only show the good parts of yourself.

You can you you pick the best picture before you post it. That fat picture that you deleted.

Yeah, I know. Yeah, I'm with you, bro. We you may we've real people for Jesus. I'm with you, man. Yes, sir. God loves fat people too.

Now the thing the thing is it creates a moment where we have to be filtered to be accepted.

And in order to feel. You see so so the person that I'm showing you psychology teaches that I have my ideal self and my real self.

My ideal self is built around the person that I would like to be my real self is the person that I am and the gulf between those two the wider they are the more we are to be frustrated.

So we are able to show people our ideal self but what we crave. What we crave is somebody who loves our real self.

Somebody somebody who loves you with no makeup. Somebody who loves you before you put your teeth in.
