I was in a college psychology course, and I remember our professor discussing the

harm of stereotypes, and then just a few minutes later making a joke about

pedophile priests. He was saying it's bigoted to say rabbi's or greedy,

or e-moms or terrorists, but to him it was acceptable to just say

priests or pedophiles. Indeed, Jenkins calls anticatholicism

a thinking man's anti-semitism, because it's considered acceptable

and polite discourse, even though if that same prejudice were levied against
