and I said that it's really it's not like a nice thing to do or you should do.

You really have to run your blood work on an annual basis.

So for anyone in their 20s, 30s, if nothing wrong great just running once a year for those people who have a marker or two off well then of course you want to run that every six months just to make sure that you get it back to homeostasis or equilibrium.
