What is a big deal?

Let me tell you a little crazy story of something that happened to me recently.

You are aware, I'm sure, that when you book through Southwest, you have the ability to rebook your flight quite easily,

and they will credit your account with the difference if the new flight, if the price dropped,

such that the new flight is less than the old flight was.

Yeah, it's especially great if you book with points, because the points go straight back on,

whereas if you book with real dollars, you get like a voucher that only you can use in the future.

Right.

But, of course, if you have booked with cash, it's worth doing, even if those terms are a little restrictive.
