Summary

Did you know that we are sleeping 1-2 hours less than we did 60 years ago, that over 2/3s of us work outside of our contracted working hours and that on average people lose 6 days of their annual holiday because they don't take them? All of this contributes to feeling overworked and always on. This week's Squiggly Careers podcast looks at home we can press pause and put practical actions in place that enable us to switch-off and slow down. 0:48.1

I'm the sound effect.

0:49.3

I could have put that on my phone, couldn't I?

0:51.0

I totally could have planned that better.

0:52.0

If we were more organised um and we are

0:54.9

so grateful because we are convinced one of the ways that we keep growing is that everyone who listens

1:00.3

recommends us to their friends family even i think at times random strangers that people meet

1:05.6

who are saying oh you should definitely listen to this podcast so thank you so much please do keep

1:10.6

sharing it reviewing it recommending it because it so much. Please do keep sharing it, reviewing it,

1:12.3
