After twenty-five years on the job as a sergeant in the Milwaukee Police Department, Patrick 'The Sarge' O'Donnell has created a community for cops and writers. What started as a glorified PDF on how to buy cars, ended up as the next stage in life for O'Donnell. He's turned his passion for writing into a group that helps other aspiring crime writers.
