I used to be so resentful of my mom and blame her for a lot of things, played the victim, and when you play the victim you give all of your power away.

It's a very disempowering position. It's not fun for any of us.

So I learned to forgive her, and beyond forgive her,

I'm so grateful for her.

And that is wild, if you had talked to me four years ago

before I had these thought work tools, I never thought I would be capable of saying that because of how angry and resentful I was.

And now I just have so much gratitude and I know she was doing the best that she could. She still is. We all are right?

off a weekend with my sister and nephews, just me and the kiddos.

It's the first time I did a trip, just me.

My husband went back home to Wisconsin to lay his parents to rest.

And he was gone for five days, so I decided to take the kids.

And we had the best time.

I feel like we're approaching a time in life where they're so fun. They played together so well all weekend.

We just, yeah, we just did the best time, so much joy. I love getting to, you know, be around my sister and my nephew and the kids love that, getting the cousins together.

So, it was amazing and I was very proud of myself also.

You know, you got to acknowledge yourself for doing the big and the small things.

So doing that weekend on my own without John without my husband. I'm giving myself a

little pat on the back we had the best time. All right so then have you guys heard
