But I am glad you're here and I hope you had a

great Thanksgiving. I had a good Thanksgiving, but you know what? Thanksgiving kind of

bores me. Thanksgiving feels like the opening band before the Beatles are supposed to come out. Christmas

is the Beatles. And so we just got the opening band out of the way. And now it's time for the headliner Christmas time.

Old St. Nick, the headliner of the year.

I'm excited for Christmas.

I am a Christmas nerd and I have my friend Jen, resident consultant Jen, some of you know her by on the show today, who is a school psychologist and also my friend, and she

is on talking about what it's like having a friend with depression, in case you couldn't tell,

I'm that friend. And the techniques she uses to keep me in her life when I tend to isolate

and other things that she tries to do to pull me out of a depression, even though that's impossible. Her job as my friend

is seemingly more difficult than people who are building rocket chips. But she is also a fellow

Christmas nerd, and we sing Christmas songs in this episode because we grew up dancing together,

and we would always do a Christmas show together, and her and I love Christmas so much.

So get ready, be prepared to turn your volume down because we do sing.
