Hey Rachel, what's Devil Dinosaurs deal?

He's a bright red super smart gender fluid mutant dinosaur from Earth 78-4-11, Miles.

I really don't see what's so complicated about this.

I thought he was just from prehistoric Earth 616.

Well, he was originally, or at least Jack Kirby intended him to be.

There's some amazingly dubious science involved.

I mean in Devil Dinosaur Number 1, Kirby Straight Up claimed, and I quote,

After all, just where the dinosaur met his end and where man first stood reasonably erect is still shrouded in mystery.

That's, that's not true at all.

I know, but it's a moot point actually because in fallen angels it turns out that the

Valley of the flame is another world altogether.

So how do you end up in the 616?

Well, fallen angels obviously, and later on he showed up in the 616? Well, fallen angels, obviously.

And later on he showed up in the Excalibur Lighthouse and once Jennifer Kale's apartment.

That sounds like a tight fit.

Yeah, Ghost writer had to keep him from destroying New York and then DD and Moon Boy were hypnotized into joining

the Circus of Crime.

So pretty standard Marvel Right of Passage.

Anyway, after that they pretty much permanently relocated to the savage land.

So Fallen Angels was Devil Dinosaur's first contact with mainstream Marvel.
