Hey buddy, how you doing? Good, good. It's so nice to be catching up with you. You

haven't been on the show in a long time.

For people who don't know Chris,

according to the Wall Street Journal,

he is the most productive man in the universe.

Is that, I forget something like that, Chris? I don't know if universe is the geographic boundary that they've defined, but something like that.

I don't really know, you know.

These outlets, they give these blururbs every once in a while and somebody

at the publishing house says, oh, that's a great snippet. Let's use that everywhere.

And so then that follows you around.

Yes, it is everywhere.

Yeah.

Well Chris wrote an excellent book years ago called the productivity project and

he tried out a bunch of productivity myths on himself and then wrote a book about it like you know

What happens if I wake up every day at 4 a.m. And what happens every day if I I don't know you had a whole bunch of different ones. And it's one of my favorite books to give to people

interested in productivity because there's

a bunch of stuff in there, a bunch of little experiments.

And for a lot of people trying to figure this

stuff out it gives them ideas you know just like a kind of a nice list of them
