| 0:41.6 | 5.30. Oh, nice. Little before six because I can get an entire lifetime or days worth of work. I find that I get |
| 0:52.0 | really distracted throughout the day. So I have my celery juice. |
| 0:58.6 | Okay. And then I do a little, depending on how much, how quickly I feel like I need to get to work, |
| 1:07.1 | I'll do a little meditation. So it could be anything from like grounding and calling in my |
| 1:11.6 | angels and guides and setting some intentions to the day to doing a 20 minute meditation, |
| 1:18.2 | depending on my stress levels. I might do one or the other. Then I have my coffee and work for or write, |

| 1:42.2 | That's my favorite or sometimes peloton, you know, my peloton or take a walk or something, but I'll do some form of exercise. |
