It says, what's your opinion on drafting for value over need in rookie drafts?

The answer to this is almost always drafting for value.

That's the direction that I almost always go in.

There are times when you may be looking at two players within the same tier, or maybe

just one tier apart, and the one player who's ranked a little bit lower fits your roster

build a lot better than the other.
