0:00.0	Welcome to the Allie on the Run Show. I am your raspy voiced host, Allie Feller, and today I am delighted to bring you Allie on the Run Show live with Kira Damato presented by Volvo Cars USA. It is in such a dream partnering with Volvo this season.
0:23.0	And as if getting to drive an XC90 wasn't enough,
0:26.4	Volvo graciously opened their Manhattan studio
0:29.0	to the Allie on the Run Show community
0:31.1	so that we could gather, laugh, relax,
0:35.1	and eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches yeah so we could do all those
0:40.9	things together during TCS New York City Marathon weekend to Casey and Karina at
0:46.5	Volvo thank you so much for putting together a stunning event and for hosting
0:52.5	more than 300 runners on the Saturday before race day.
0:56.9	People came straight from the dash to the finish 5K, while others were just hours away from
1:02.8	heading out to Staten Island for the marathon race start. And in true Allie and Kira fashion,
1:08.6	this event went in all kinds of directions.
1:11.6	Of course we played games.
1:13.3	Of course we got out into the crowd.
1:15.5	And perhaps most importantly, of course, we talked about some really real stuff.
1:20.6	Kira talked honestly about how she's been feeling since having to drop out of the Chicago
1:24.4	marathon last month and about what life has looked like since then.
1:28.6	I appreciate her. I appreciate her honesty and I appreciate her unwavering position that happiness
1:35.2	doesn't just come naturally. Sometimes you have to work at it. Thank you, Volvo for having us.
