I thought it was going to take off. I thought, oh, I'd put a website up and people are going to come

there. No one came there. So then I paid for some traffic and no one bought. And then I had to decide

if I wanted to become a real businessman or not. You know, am I going to quit or am I going to

push through this?

And I remember going to some networking parties.

And before I knew it, I'd landed a couple hundred thousand dollars worth of contracts for the

year by networking and selling my idea to the biggest tour companies in New York City.

And I realized this is what I loved about the army and leadership

was this chaotic, uncertain nature of Iraq, which I was finding in entrepreneurship.
