You know, this dude came on a long time ago, like a long time ago. I was going to look it up, but I didn't even have the chance, but I'm going to look it up before we leave but anyways

Lars Hedenburg came on and Lars is crushing it he is the coach the real estate coach to to the true winners, the real estate teams that are doing things

And what I noticed was I kept having big teams come on my show or big team leaders come on a show.

And when I asked them the ECI question, which I know you guys love, commission income their ego commission income was massive right and

their profit margin they either said they don't know it or they gave a round number you know what I knew it was a

round number when you could just tell when they would say oh about 40% right now you
