Today, I'm walking you through 10 things you can do instead of scrolling. These small changes can make a huge impact on where and how you spend your time and allow you to stay present with your family and focused in your business. 0:47.0	living this perpetual like three-day weekend it's just like repeat repeat repeat
0:50.9	repeat repeat repeat which like I'm not mad at it at all like I'm so
0:55.4	blessed I am very aware that it is a luxury to be able to travel this summer and spend
1:00.7	a lot of time with my family and I am 1,000% grateful and blessed by it.
1:06.5	But I will say that sometimes when things get a little bit
1:11.5	mixed up as far as what we are consistently used to, we can revert to old
1:16.8	habits and I don't know if any of you were guilty of this but maybe you're finding yourself
1:21.6	scrolling a lot this summer because maybe you're home more or maybe your kids are home and so you're finding that that you're allowing them to use a lot more screen time than usual, which not totally mad at that.
1:36.3	I do think though that there's so much opportunity for a lot of connection
