0:09.0	which levers that I pull on make the biggest difference.

0:16.0	when you're trying to increase rent, but that's a small lever.
0:19.0	Adding another bedroom is bigger.
0:21.0	Even if that means that every bedroom goes from 600 to only 500,
0:25.0	but you add another bedroom, you're still adding more money.
0:28.0	That's the bigger lever.
0:29.0	And once you've got this down, you want to look for properties
0:32.0	that are easier to add units to based on the floor plan they have,
