Jaylin Hyatt and Tyler Newman first up Jaylin Hyatt.

22 years old will be 23 by the end of September 6 foot 185 pounds was a

2023 third round pick that Joe Shane traded up for and was willing to take in

the second if John Michael Smiths had already been drafted.

As a rookie at 23 catches, 373 yards zero touchdowns on a

50% percent catch rate. Led the team in yards per catches, 16.1, was eighth in

He was simply a deep pass or bus player, his rookie or Justin.

And there's going to be, he's going to be asked to be in a much bigger role this season.

But I think the expectation for Jayland Hyatt heading into last year was,

all right, we know that you're a little bit of a developmental player, but if you're going to own one thing, man, and own it, then be a deep weapon.

And obviously circumstances of the Giants offensive line and even inconsistent quarterback

play at times kind of limited what I think could have been

obviously a better rookie year but man was he a deep weapon and mission accomplished
