| 0:10.2 | I'm Alisa and I'm so excited to be with you and take some time to rest in his presence. |
| 0:20.4 | Take a deep breath and inhale as your belly expands and fills with air and you're wide |
| 0:25.0 | in your heart with breath, let your collarbone widen. Exhale, your shoulders drop out |
| 0:33.0 | of your ears. Give yourself a moment to soften into whatever posture you've chosen. |

| 1:20.2 | this time our gift of prayers and supplications like he made for the world he so dearly loved. |
| 1:32.4 | So first I'll read from Hebrews 5-7. Allow your body to soften and absorb the word of God. |
| 1:43.2 | In the days of his flesh Jesus offered up prayers and supplications with loud cries and tears |
| 1:55.2 | to him who was able to save him from death and he was heard because of his reverence. |
| 2:04.0 | Thank you God for your word. Thank you that the word was made flesh and walked and dwelt among us. |
| 2:15.4 | So we come now God to offer you our prayers and supplications for the world that hurts |
| 2:23.2 | and mones and cries and groans and waits for a savior. May we show the world your son |
| 2:35.8 | who came and gave his life for a world he so dearly loved. We celebrate the gift of who Jesus is. |
| 2:46.4 | We love you and Jesus name may men. |
| 3:07.7 | So just as Jesus offered up prayers and supplications and he was heard we offer ours now. |
| 3:16.6 | I give to you in your presence those who suffer pain and ill health. |
