This week in Retronauts, it's The Legend of Zelda and it's really old.

It seems it's like three quarters of the way to a thousand, which is a big milestone in some sense, because we all use base 10 numbering.

We are not 8-bit machines.

Otherwise, it would be 256 and 1,024 that were the big deals. But no, we're just

base 10. And so we are going to talk about an 8-bit video game where everything is base 8, 16, whatever.

I'm not even drunk here. I don't know what's happening. I've been trapped in the house all day with a snowstorm, so I think there's not enough oxygen.
