0:27.0	address Father James Martin's argument that this constitutes unjust discrimination,

0:43.0	Catholic schools firing teachers and other staff for being in same-sex
0:48.0	relationships. Here's just a few examples. An openly gay teacher is out of a job
0:53.0	after posting pictures of her wedding. Local officials say they were fired for
0:56.0	being gay after both recently got engaged to their same-sex partners.
1:00.0	The reason she believes it happened, because she's married to a woman.
1:04.0	They haven't done anything to us. The only thing they've done is give us love
1:08.0	and support. It doesn't feel like the faith that I know,
1:12.0	like love and acceptance and all of those things.
1:15.0	A straight, it doesn't matter, it doesn't not matter.
1:18.0	The doctrine within the church that can still let this happen just feels so
1:23.0	outdated in the world that we live in. So follow James Martin says in his
