In the first series that you and I did,

we focused on sleep and the employee themselves.

Here I want to do a little bit of a different take.

I want to think about it more so from the top down level rather than sort of the view from employees

looking up to the higher level management and organization and specifically focus on how sleep impacts not just the individual but also an entire business and entire corporation.

How does it impact business leaders, entrepreneurs, the bottom line?

So what I've certainly understood from reading all of your work is that sleep in the workplace is not unidirectional.

Yes, sleep impacts the workplace is not unidirectional.

Yes, sleep impacts the individual,

but it's perhaps a no-brainer that sleep also then

impacts the corporation themselves.

But maybe some people would then say, okay, I can tell you how my lack of sleep

when I'm in my work and my job causes me problems, but they may be more challenged to understand exactly how a lack of sleep could be assumed to impact the higher level structure of a business and corporation. Can you just give our

listeners some sense to kick the ball off as to how they should think about or

appreciate how that impact plays out?
