You know, I've done a lot of things over my time in the law I've never had to respond to a rid of mandamus. This is a new thing so I had to reach out some people and get educated on them. But there's a few things to note here. So for those of you who don't

know, I know some of you come into this and you're like shocked. What in the world's going

on? What now? What now? So essentially, at the Delphi case rich now's attorneys have been removed

removed themselves been on who you he talked to they obviously are very upset about

that they want to be back in the case they filed a bunch of stuff it keeps

getting struck lots of different things are going on typically you can't

really do anything about what's going on in a case unless you file an appeal.

And the problem with appeals is usually you have to have a final order or a final judgment to appeal from.
