And specifically loyalty, like how do we create loyalty in all aspects of our life within our personal

relationships and friendships within our business to our employees

creating loyalty from one individual or our customers to our

or just creating individual loyalty with our specific customers.

We found that there are lots of things that do that.

Chad, before we dive into some examples about what can we do to create more loyalty in our organizations,

let's start with a kind of a lighter topic brand loyalty.

Sure. Is there some brands that you consider yourself loyal to?

Absolutely without even thinking about it.

Like what?

Apple comes to mind right away as I've got my phone on one hand and my computer and the

other while we're here recording.

Both apples, I'm thinking about getting a new laptop and I won't look at anybody that's

not Apple.

It's one of the things in our organization.

I love the little blue text bubbles when you text somebody that has an iPhone, right?

And if somebody doesn't have an iPhone, it drives me nuts.

It drives me so nuts that I'm willing to buy them a new phone
