and I am the proud citizen, ex-citizen of the world's greatest city.

Where curiously, so many residents don't actually live in the city they would profess to love

as much as we all do, but that is Liverpool,

which I think is almost as friendly as South Wales.

And I mean that genuinely.

I think the two friendliest cities in Britain are Cardiff

and the other place a bit further down the M4.
