For new listeners, this is, fortunately, on the road

for the first and quite possibly the last time.

And we are in the Grange pub in Cardiff,

who are party thanks to Karis, who's here as well.

Karis, here.

We're really worried about coming out of London

and our little comfort zone.

Even though as many regular listeners will know,

neither of us are actually from London,

little Fiona's travelled a long way from Hampshire,

and I am the proud citizen, ex-citizen of the world's greatest city.

Where curiously, so many residents don't actually live in the city they would profess to love

as much as we all do, but that is Liverpool,

which I think is almost as friendly as South Wales.

And I mean that genuinely.

I think the two friendliest cities in Britain are Cardiff

and the other place a bit further down the M4.

Which I wear only from mentioned, because I'm in Cardiff now.
