Episode number 75 with my lovely friend Tracy. She is the only friend that I have that has a blended family.

Now for those of you that don't know what that is because I keep saying I'm doing an episode about blended families and people say

what's that? A blended family is when two people either get married or live together

and they each have their own children that are now living together, right?

Usually they don't have to be living together I guess to be considered a blended

family, but in this scenario Tracy and her her fiance were blending their families.

And she kind of, I wanted to talk to somebody who lives in that situation because I had a step-mom who was very important to me. and I know there's a lot of positive things and a lot of negative things about blended families.

So I think we had a great conversation about the goods and the bads and the growths and the non-growths and it's really interesting.

Tracy's always such a great guest because she's so insightful about her own process and I think when we are open about our own process and communicate

that to other people other people have the opportunity to maybe reflect on their own

process which is really great.

That's how you grow.

And anybody out there who's starting a blended family

or combining families to make a blended family,

maybe this will help you in some way.

Maybe you could troubleshoot before trouble comes.
